As the New Year beckons, a quick look back. 2017 has been something of a mixed year for me with the highs of my daughter’s wedding to my favourite son-in-law and the success of my son in securing his future with the career he has always wanted to the lows of… well, let’s just not go there.

I guess my main achievement of the year was to finally get Parallel Lies out on those virtual shelves. A romantic, crime, thriller of a read this has been my most ambitious book to date and the hardest to write. So I was delighted to find that it made it’s way on to the end of year lists of two book reviewers and bloggers.

To know that your work has been enjoyed to the extent that it makes it onto someone’s favourite books list means everything and I want to say a huge thank you to:

Cathy Ryan at the Between the Lines blog for her post, and

Lizanne Lloyd at Lost in a Good Book for hers.

May you both be showered with fabulous books in the year to come. 😀

These lists have terrific books on them that are well worth checking out if you enjoy a good read.

Onward…

To kick 2018 off I have discounted several of my books to 99p/99c from 1st to 7th January (UK and US only I’m afraid) Click on the book covers to find out more.
