Yes, this year has been worse. Although my family has avoided covid, my daughter and her husband have had 5 Urgent Care/ER trips in about a month. Everyone is fine now, but he (43) had a heart attack Dec 2 with one artery 100% blocked. A week later she was in the hospital with blood clots in her arm and lungs – could have been caused when she slipped down the stairs and broke her scapula. A week before that, she had a scare of something else. Then a week after her lung scare, he went back into the ER thinking he was having another heart attack. So yeah, way worse.
