I have damaged the muscles in my back through my own stupidity in thinking I am still fit and strong, so fate has taken control, forcing me to evaluate just what the hell I think I am doing and giving me the opportunity to have a really good think! Every time the painkillers wear off, I know the way I live my life has to change for the better, as I am sick of enduring the consequences of my own stupidity.
I am sorry your week wasn’t ideal either, but it does tend to make us more determined, doesn’t it?
