Before the dawn by Georgia Rose

Out with the old…

New stuff is coming thick and fast at the moment! After only just revealing the new cover for A Single Step here is a post all about the new cover for Before the Dawn, the second book in The Grayson Trilogy.

My books have recently been described as mysterious and romantic adventure stories and I have always loved an adventure story. It appears I got quite carried away with the action when writing this and while Before the Dawn has received very few criticisms there have been a couple of comments that some of the romantic detail was missing.

So in this busy summer I have given this book a light touch makeover and…ahem…added the desired detail to a couple of the romantic encounters. Always happy to oblige, that’s me 😉

As I discussed in my post revealing the glorious new cover for A Single Step (click here to check that out) there are tracks which are forever linked with various scenes in my writing and for Before the Dawn it’s a bit of an odd one because this is not something I would usually listen to, but at some point, somewhere I heard it and a particular scene plays out in front of me whenever it comes on…

I should add here that rather bizarrely this music does not accompany any romantic interlude but rather a particularly frightening section of the action – and no, I don’t know why either!

Anyway, talking of action where is this new cover I hear you ask, somewhat impatiently…well here you go…

…and in with the new!

Risks Are There To Be Taken.

Huge thanks again to SilverWood Books for designing this for me – I love it! I’ve put the link to the full pdf of the paperback version below as I showed you with the latest post on A Single Step right here.

If you click to open it you can find out which fabulous author provided the quote for the back of it as well 🙂

So, to the blurb…

‘…he moved closer and slowly ran the point of his blade along my jaw line as he spoke softly, intimately, to me.

“So, you are Trent’s woman. Now that is very…appealing.” I glared back at him silently.’

There are testing times ahead for Grayson and Trent as trouble threatens Melton Manor. When an attack is made against those on the estate, Grayson gets caught in the middle finding herself and those around her in terrible danger. Terrified when she thinks tragedy has struck again she fights to protect those she now views as family and, suffering bloodshed and pain, confronts her fears – both brought by the enemy and by the one she loves.

I think that tells you all you need to know doesn’t it?? Have I forgotten anything? Probably, you usually do I hear you say…but if you fancy a peek at the wonderful reviews this book has gathered then here is the universal link for Amazon, and just as soon as I have a moment (or two!) I shall be putting this up on Smashwords, Kobo etc as well.
