It’s one of those where the story ends in one way and then there’s the epilogue which gives you something different. I thought it was very clever and it’s quite possibly my favourite out of his books. That’s until I think about Carla…or The Night Porter…or Criminals…spoilt for choice really for a favourite 🙂
