For anyone who wants to read the book as opposed to listening to the audiobook, we did make just the songs available as an “original cast album” so you can hear what they sound like. In reply to Luccia Gray. I think it's all about having the right time and place to listen to them. Years ago, when I had a commute, I would have listened to them in the car, had they been so prolific, but I don't have that kind of 'unused' space in my life at the moment.

It sounds like a good idea to include the songs as you listen to the audiobook. I love audiobooks, some narrators just draw you in, of course the writing and story have to be good in the first place. It took me a while to get used to audiobooks and to find the right moment and place to listen.
