Again, this is after the event but if you would like to see how my sugar detox went then please click here. (And if that doesn’t work as there is something up with my site this morning then I’ve put the link in the comments below – thank you!)
I might be a little premature reviewing this one as I haven’t tried out its contents, yet. That’s going to happen from early next week, once Christmas (and all those leftovers!) and New Year are well and truly out of the way.
What I liked about this book though is that it’s quite short and gets to the point. If you don’t have a lot of time but feel in need of a sugar detox then this seems like a good place to start. It has lists of good, bad and mediocre foods and a four-week plan which does ease off after the first week (phew!)
So, wish me luck in kicking my addiction once and for all and becoming altogether healthier in 2020!
Im interested in reading about your trial and how it worked but there isn’t a button to press and the book link at the bottom of the page says it can’t find the page. Please advise.
HI, Lail, thanks for pointing this out. I’ve gone back to the post and tried to add the forgotten link but for some reason my website is not playing ball this morning so here it is instead:
